Large Cottage plus a bunkie Cabin on a Peninsula with 780 feet of shoreline! One of the most unique and private properties on the lake will make you feel like you're on an island as there is water on 3 sides of the property. There is a good-sized yard so the children will have lots of room for activities and running around. The cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and large living, kitchen, and dining areas. Off the kitchen there is a small deck for BBQing burgers or steak. The dining room has windows on three sides to lets plenty of natural light in, or even watch the stars with the telescope. There are 2 patio sets on the side deck so you can have a nice meal outside. The master is on the upper floor with an en suit with a Jacuzzi tub and a side deck to enjoy your coffee on. Two bedrooms are located on main floor and the 4th is located on the lower floor.

The guest cabin is rustic with a homey feeling. There is a small kitchenette here and a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. You could send the teenager out here or have a romantic night with a special someone here.

The waterfront is nice and deep with 2 single kayaks, paddle boat, and a floating mat! which your children will love. Don't worry adults are allowed on here too!
There is 780' of frontage on the Weslemkoon Lake! this is unheard of for a road access property. There is a $200 + hst cleaning fee applied to each rental.

WATERFRONT:
The waterfront here is amazing! A shallower entry by the one dock allows you to step in, and there deeper enty off the end of the dock. There is also a side dock by the guest cabin. Enjoy hours of fun with the 2 kayaks here, paddle boat, and a floating swim mat.
AREA INFORMATION:
This cottage is located about 40 minutes from Bancroft. There is a small convenience store just 10 minutes from the cottage. In Bancroft we have a newer hospital, as well as lots of gift and antique shops. We have 2 large grocery stores - No Frills, and Foodland. There are many family and fast-food restaurants in town, including 2 Tim Horton's, Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut and more!
