Whether you're out on the lake swimming or kayaking, socializing in the screened in porch, soaking in the soft tub, or watching Netflix - this cottage has it all. Mature trees surround the cottage to offer good privacy here. Rental includes complimentary unlimited internet, plus the cottage is automtically connected with a generator in case of power outage.

This modern executive cottage will give you and your family a great vacation. With such a large open-concept layout, you'll not feel crowded here - even with up to 14 family members. The kitchen and living room were modelled out of a designer magazine, and the cottage owner has added their own warm touches. The chef's kitchen is well-equipped with even a six-burner Blue Star gas range and oven. Bar stools around the island allow for family and friends to socialize with the chef, with plenty of counter space to assist with meals. The dining table here is large enough for an entire family as it seats up to 12. Or if it's a beautiful day, you can choose to eat out in the screened porch located just off the dining room. The main table here has seating for 10, and there is nothing better than dining in the fresh air! This is also the perfect place to relax, listening to the sound of nature without the bother of any bugs. For those who love to grill, the Napoleon bbq with steak infra-red burner is located on the patio area which is just a walk-out from the lower level.

Back inside the cottage, there is a recreational room on the lower floor with a TV, woodstove, and ping pong table. The cottage has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a 2-piece powder room on the main floor as well as the ensuite located off the Master Bedroom (with soaker tub and seperate shower). The other 2 bathrooms are located on the lower level along with the other 4 bedrooms.

The long deck wraps around the whole cottage and there is lots of seating to enjoy the view of the lake.

The yard is quite level with badminton set up in the rear, soft tub by the front patio area, a firepit to enjoy while gazing at the stars, and many water toys to tour the lake and enjoy the water.

Baby equipment and toys: A crib and high chair are available if requested in advance of your arrival. Outdoors, there is a sand box, play kitchen, and picnic table.

WATERFRONT:
There is deep water off the end of the dock - about 8-10 feet. Plenty of water toys are included here! 5 Kayaks, a Paddle Board, a Paddle Boat, and a Canoe. A form swim mat is great for hours of fun.

AREA INFORMATION:
Located about 30 minutes south of Bancroft, ON, Just about 8 mins. from this cottage, there is a small variety store (Trudy's) with a gas bar, limited LCBO, propane tank exchange, and basic needs. The town of Bancroft is your best stop for shopping and food. Bancroft has two large grocery stores (Foodland and No Frills), Shoppers Drug store, LCBO and as well as many unique gift stores, and a variey of family (and fast food) restaurants. There is a hospital with a small emergency room in Bancroft, or the larger hospital is in located in Belleville, ON.
