Charming cottage with a great deck on the lakeside! This is where I would be spending my time as you'll get amazing sunsets and view of the lake.
The many surrounding mature trees offer shade from hot summer sun, and a good level of privacy on this popular medium-sized lake. The cottage layout flows well with the main living spaces (livingroom, dining and sunroom) all open to each other. The numerous windows and patio doors allow plenty of natural light, and give access to the front deck. The kitchen is well supplied for most of your cooking needs, and there is a propane BBQ on the deck for those who like to grill. The livingroom features a fieldstone wood fireplace, and you will find a smart TV so you can stream, as well as a dvd player for movie night (bring your favorite movies). Starlink internet is provided here so you can keep connected, and the owners have a games cupboard stocked with some fun family games. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a Queen bed, and the master bedroom also has a single bed in it. For alternative sleeping, there is also a Queen pull-out in the livingroom and a single pull-out in the sunroom. Even your bed linens are provided here! The bathroom is a simple three-piece with a shower (please bring your towels). For your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout, a furnace for the early spring, fall and winter season, and even a generator which will take over if the power goes out.
This cottage will make for a great getaway any time of the year. My favorite is the Autumn time when things are quiet and the leaves begin to change colour.
The firepit overlooks the lake and there are 2 single adult kayaks, and 2 children's kayaks available for your enjoyment, as well as a paddle boat. The dock is a good size and would be good for docking a boat. There will be some firewood provided for you for a few campfires but you'll need to bring more if you wish to have a campfire every evening.
WATERFRONT:
Firm sandy bottom here for excellent swimming. Beside the dock, the water is about a foot in depth and would get deeper the further you go out.

The dump is about 2-3 km away and easy to find. There is also a great public beach at the Southeast end of this lake which is well-known for it's naturally sandy swimming.
